One year more and this is the 22nd the Mallorca cuisine fair is opened. From the 11th of April to the 20th of April. This year has a new location, the Poligono Son Rossinyol. The best restaurants of the island go there to delight the visitors with great food. The new thing this year, is the show-cooking, that this year, will have 20 cooks, every one of them will make a dish, this will start at 15:00 and 21.00
The admision will be 4 euros. Also know that outside of the fair, you will be able to get the green card, with this card you can get discounts on the fair. This fair, is for restaurants, but there is going to be also four hotel and two cooking schools. There will be seven deserts and a total of nine wine makers.
